Those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it. That goes a known, and apparently, there are some politicians who have not learned Sonoran lesson. There are some characters who seek the governorship of the state and apparently have not learned from history. We travel in time and remember the 1994 presidential election. Then the PRD candidate for President of the Republic submitted as a political platform for change and alternation. At that time, the people lived in an atmosphere of unrest, people called welfare and safety. In response to this need, the PRI candidate, Ernesto Zedillo launched his campaign with the slogan "Welfare for your family." The welfare and safety were their main focus. We all know the rest of the story. With a number of votes ever seen for a candidate, the voting results were historic. Now, fifteen years later, there are candidates who offer "change" and knowing that political change most of the Sonoran calls: security, welfare, economic welfare and overall continuity of many social benefits have been seen in recent years.
The political change, as some see it, "do not necessarily represent a change. Mexicans saw it clearly after the 2000 presidential election. There were some changes, not deny it, but still there are many who still expect a fundamental change.
Traditionally, in most developed democracies (Western Europe, USA, etc..) When citizens observe the proper performance of their elected officials, usually give continuity to the political agendas of their leaders. That, in my opinion, should happen in Sonora. political alternation is allowed when society demands it, not when a candidate wants to impose. In short, it's just my opinion. One need not be a political analyst to realize this.
Sonorans will by July to discuss the candidates and decide which of these represents what society demands Sonora.
