Newspaper DIAGONAL and More Voices , proj ecto linked to the Union of Ra God Free and Community of Madrid, organized the conference for ten days TRANSinFORMANDO to be developed in Complutense University of Madrid.
These seminars are a first attempt by these media without profit to disseminate and promote independent information about commercial or partisan interests. These media, seek to settle as an agora of discussion and experimentation space, and not as a finished product and closed. The conferences are an opportunity to go one step further in their communication projects, creating more opportunities for personal involvement and close that through the mediation of a communication medium such as radio or peri odic .
Diagonal and More Voices years have demonstrated the ability to make solid and important projects of participatory media and horizontal. Both projects total more than 6 years of experience. The information More Voices, has the support of integrated projects the Union of Radio s Free and Community of Madrid in alg some cases more than twenty years, and with the collaboration of other community radio initiatives statewide and globally. Both have an important link to the university, as many of them have formed in this academic institution, especially in the School of Information Sciences.
TRANSinFORMANDO not be possible without the participation of some of the most active associations in the Complutense University, with their contributions have enriched the contents of the days, making them m ore near and concerns of students.
This is an invitation, a provocation, to think together about how we communicate, talk about how we report and tell us reflect on how to break the single discourse, deb ATIR on how to recover the university as communication and processing. Inform. Transform. TRANSinFORMANDO.
